✨ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
Email us within 72 hours with your order number + a photo and we’ll make it right ASAP.
Whether that means replacement nails or correcting an error — you’re covered.

Each Claw Room set is freshly made to order. Even our “standard” designs are created specifically for you — so for hygiene + safety reasons, we can’t take returns once items have shipped.

We HIGHLY recommend grabbing a Sizing Kit before your first order — it’s the easiest way to guarantee a perfect fit.
At The Claw Room, fit matters. Every set of Reusable Gel Extensions is made to order and customized just for you, so while we do not accept returns, we proudly offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee.
If your Reusable Gel Extensions do not fit as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and sizing details so we can assess the fit and make it right.
If approved, we will provide replacement nails in the correct size for the affected nails only. This guarantee covers sizing adjustments — not wear and tear, application errors, or damage caused by improper removal.
Because all sets are custom-made, refunds are not issued. But rest assured — we stand behind our sizing and want your nails to feel intentional, comfortable, and confidence-boosting.
