🕒 Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Sets: Ship within 3–5 business days

Custom Sets: Ship within 5–10 business days after sizing and design are confirmed

Rush Orders: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (if Rush My Order is added)
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

US Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — flat rate or calculated at checkout

US Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days — available at checkout

Free Shipping: Orders $75+ (US only)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. The Claw Room is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for international options!
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours — but we’ll always do our best to help. If your order is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office first.
