Welcome to The Claw Room! By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully — and don’t worry, we keep it cute and clear.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All products are handmade and subject to availability.

  • Orders are processed after full payment is received.

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Processing & Shipping

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: 3–5 business days

  • Custom Orders: 5–10 business days (after design + size confirmed)

  • Rush Orders: 2–3 business days with our Rush Add-On

Tracking info is emailed once shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of press-ons:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Issues? Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

4. Custom Orders & Sizing

  • Pricing varies based on shape, length, and design complexity.

  • Customers are responsible for accurate sizing.

  • We recommend ordering a sizing kit before placing custom orders.

We are not responsible for sets that don’t fit due to incorrect sizing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including names, logos, product images, and designs — belongs to The Claw Room.
No copying, no stealing. We will take legal action if needed.

6. SMS Marketing Consent

By opting in during checkout or via form, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages including:

  • Order updates

  • Exclusive offers

  • Product drops and promotional alerts

You understand that:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase

  • Msg & data rates may apply

  • Frequency may vary

  • You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe

7. Abandoned Checkout Communications

If you begin checkout but don’t complete it, we may contact you using the information provided (email or SMS) to:

  • Remind you of items left in your cart

  • Offer assistance or exclusive discounts

  • Help complete your order

You can opt out anytime using unsubscribe links or texting STOP.

8. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to resolve disputes through individual binding arbitration.

What this means:

  • No lawsuits

  • No class actions

  • All claims settled privately through the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

Exceptions:

  • You may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible

  • You may seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Oklahoma]. Arbitration will be held in [Tulsa, OK] unless mutually agreed otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • The Claw Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date above. Continued use of our site implies agreement to those changes.
